The University of Montana Western Bulldogs will close out the 2018 regular season with two road games this weekend, as they travel to Great Falls, Mont. and Havre, Mont. to face the University of Providence and MSU-Northern.

The Bulldogs So Far

• The Bulldogs are 1-9 in Frontier play, and 5-15 overall.
• The Bulldogs lost a tough five set match to Lewis Clark State College on senior day.
• The Bulldogs have dropped all four games that have gone to the deciding set this season.
• The Bulldogs' Dylan Fowler broke 2000 career digs and holds the school record in digs with 2011.

What to Watch For

• Kelsey Potter leads the team in total kills with 149.
• Abbe Croninger (0.227) and Kylie McCree (0.221) lead the team in hitting percentage
• Look for Dylan Fowler to continue to add to her school record in digs. She is also third in the nation and leads the conference with 6.67 digs a game.
• Kyra Palmer needs one block for 100 career blocks.

Scouting the Opponents

• The Argos of the University of Providence boast an 18-8 overall record, and are currently in second in the conference with a record of 7-3.
• The Argos hold a one game lead in the loss column over Montana Tech and look to secure second place in the conference heading into the tournament.
• Kelsey Shaver leads the Argos with 363 total kills which is second in the conference and 42^nd in the nation.
• Averi Dyer is fourth in the conference in total digs (503) and third with 5.0 digs a set.
• ​​​​​​​MSU-Northern is 1-21 overall and 0-10 in the conference.
• Hannah Amtmann leads the Skylights with 365 digs and averages 4.9 digs a set, which is fifth in the conference.
