Story of the Day
The University of Montana Western Bulldogs lost in four sets to the University of Providence Argos (22-25, 25-21, 11-25, 17-25). The Bulldogs opened the match strong, spitting the highly competitive  opening two sets with the Argos. The Argos were able to control the final two sets and come away with the four set victory. 

Stars of the Games
Kelsey Potter had 18 digs, eight kills, and a assist.
Karen Kale recorded 14 assists, 12 digs, and three aces. 
Dylan Fowler had 23 digs a kill and a assist.

The Bulldogs committed 44 errors. 

The Bulldogs So Far
The Bulldogs drop to 4-11 overall and 0-5 in conference play. The Argos improved to 4-2 in the conference and 12-6 overall.

The Bulldogs will travel to Helena, Mont. to take on Carroll College on Oct. 4. The match is scheduled to start at 7 p.m. at the P.E. Center.
