Lights Trip Up Bulldogs

Late rally gives Northern 75-72 win

The Bulldogs let a late lead slip away as the MSU-Northern Lights came back to claim a 75-72 win. Caulin Bakalarski broke the hearts of the Bulldogs when he connected on a 3-point dagger with seconds remaining to give the Lights the lead. The Bulldogs desperation attempt at the buzzer rimmed out. The game saw six ties and six lead changes as the teams battled in the final regular season contest. 

Individual Leaders
Kooper Kidgell scored 22 points to lead the Bulldogs. He added four rebounds, and three assists. 
Cedric Boone scored 14 points, six assists, four rebounds, a block, and a steal. 
Caulin Bakalarski scored a game-high 30 points for the Lights.
Kavon Bey recorded a 14 point, 12 rebound double-double for Northern.
