Location: Eastern Montana Fairgrounds – Miles City, Mont.

The Bulldogs came home from eastern Montana with some hardware after winning a pair of buckles at the MCC Rodeo.  The Bulldogs had three athletes place in the top-four in their respective events. The Bulldogs women's team is currently in second place in the region. They hold a slim 209 point lead over third place University of Montana with two rodeos left in the season. The top two teams qualify for the CNFR.

Buckle Winners
Brody Smith won the bareback with a score of 134 of two.
Jacob Malek won the Steer Wrestling with a time of 16.8 on two.
 
Top Performers
Troy Kirkpatrick placed second in the bareback with a score of 133 on two.
James Ramirez took fourth in the tie-down roping with a time of 23.4 on two.
Sierra Lyons took third in the barrels with a time of 29.15 on two.
Ramirez and Jes Tews took fifth in the team roping with time of 6.7 on one
 
Coach Lahaye's Thoughts
"Overall we didn't have a great weekend. We had some bright spots here and there and Brody and Troy continued to do well in the bareback, but we need to make up some ground with only two rodeos left."
