The Bulldogs lost a back-and-forth battle with the Montana Tech Orediggers Wednesday night. The Game featured 10 lead changes and six ties and neither team led by more than seven points. Jalen Hodges led the Bulldogs with 26 points but the Bulldogs couldn't contain Sindau Diallo who scored 31 points. Markeith Brown Jr. hit three-straight 3-pointers late in the second half that gave the Orediggers the edge that the Bulldogs couldn't overcome. 

Top Performers 

• Jalen Hodges scored a career-high 26 points, seven rebounds, three assists and a steal. 
• Michael Haverfield scored 16 points, three rebounds, three assists and three steals. 
• Tanner Haverfield scored 15 points and four rebounds. 
• Max Clark scored 10 points, nine assists and three rebounds. 
• Sindou Diallo scored 31 points on 10-13 shooting. He added four rebounds and four assists for Montana Tech. 
• Markieth Brown Jr. scored 19 points and three rebounds for the Orediggers.

• The Bulldogs attempted 76 shots and had 16 offensive rebounds. 
• The Oredigger bench outscored the Bulldogs 29-5.
• The Bulldogs forced 18 turnovers. 
• The Bulldogs shot 29.5 percent from the field while the Orediggers shot 53.7 percent.

The Bulldogs will head north to Butte, Mont. to face the Orediggers for a pair of games this weekend. Tip-off from the HPER Complex is set for 7 p.m. on Jan. 30 and 4 p.m. in Jan. 31.
