The Bulldogs used a strong fourth and fifth sets to come away with their first win of the season and salvage a win in the two game series against the Skylights. After falling behind two sets to one the Bulldogs came out with a vengeance in the fourth set storming out to a 15-3 lead. They built the lead to 22-7 before forcing a deciding set with a 25-11 win. The Bulldogs didn't let up in the fifth,quickly taking a 10-3 lead before emphatically ending the match with a Cady Siemion kill.Â

- Tannah Sellers had 27Â digs.
- Abbey Schwager had 33 assists, 11 digs, two kills and a block.
- Morgan Stenger had 12 kills, a .310 hitting percentage, and three blocks.
- Cady Siemion had 19 digs and 11 kills.Â
- Rylee Burmester had 19Â kills and 14Â digs for the Skylights.Â
- Emily Feller had 38 assists and 16 digs for Northern.Â

The Bulldogs will host Carroll College next weekend in the Straugh Gymnasium. The matches are scheduled to start at 7 p.m. on Feb. 5 and 1 p.m. on Feb. 6.Â
