The Bulldogs lost in a double overtime thriller 118-110 to the tenth ranked Argos of Providence
Tanner Haverfield made nine 3-point field goals including one from way downtown to tie the game with two seconds left in the first overtime. The Bulldogs Jumped out to an early lead and took a nine point advantage into the halftime break. Montana Western built the lead to 11 with 12 minutes left in regulation. The Argos mounted a comeback taking a six point lead in the final 30 seconds. Then the Argos were hit with a technical and flagrant foul that allowed the Bulldogs to tie the game and send it to overtime. The Bulldogs couldn't keep pace in the second overtime and their upset bid fell just short. Both teams shot over 44 percent from the field.Â

- Tanner Haverfield scored a career-high 31Â points on 9-14 shooting. He added three rebounds and three assists.Â
- Jamal Stephenson scored a career-high 31 points on 9-22 shooting. He added five assists and three rebounds. Â
