The Bulldogs closed out the rodeo season at the Regional Finals hosted by the University of Montana. Although the Bulldogs didn't take home any buckles, they did secure four individual regional championships in the bareback, team roping heeler, steer wrestling and breakaway roping. 


Top Performers
James Ramirez and Jake Cerini took second in the team roping with a time of 22.8 on two.
Bryce Harrison took second in the steer wrestling with a time on 17.0 on two. 
James Ramirez placed third in the tie down roping with a time of 27.7 on two. 
Sadie Johnson placed third in the goat tying with a time of 17.7 on two. 
TaLyn Neville placed third in the breakaway roping with time of 6.5 on two. 
Alonzo Skunkcap placed third in the team roping with MSU-Northern partner Rope Three Irons.
Ryland Lufkin and Bryce Harrison placed fourth in the team roping.  


Regional Champions
Brody Smith won the bareback with 1365 points.
Bryce Harrison won the steer wrestling with 675.5 points.
Alonzo Skunkcap won the team roping heeler with 620 points.
Ryland Lufkin won the breakaway roping with 541 points. 


Coach Lahaye's Thoughts
"Our men's team took second, despite having some kids who weren't able to be there. We had some kids step up who haven't been on the points team all year and they held us together to allow us to stay second in the region. Our women's team had a rough weekend, but we had a lot of girls that were off the points team that did well and played some defense for us to hold second place as well. All in all, a lot of things went right for us in Missoula. We qualified both teams to the CNFR and had four regional champs. We are taking a full team the national finals, its was a big year for us."
