KDILLON, Mont. — The fourth installment of the 2024-25 Erck Hotels/Frontier Men's and Women's Basketball Players-of-the-Week were announced with two winners from Montana Western (games from Nov. 18 through Nov. 24).
Keke Davis, a junior forward from Missoula, Mont., was chosen as the Defense Player of the Week.
Davis stole the ball five times in the Bulldogs' 77-71 home victory over Northwest (Wash.). She also grabbed five defensive rebounds in the game (8 total rebounds). This is Davis' first career Erck Hotels/Frontier Conference Player of the Week award.
Kyle Gruhler, a junior guard from Vancouver, Wash., was selected as the Offense Player of the Week.
Gruhler led the Bulldogs in their comeback 75-68 victory over Dickinson State (N.D.). He totaled 22 points after shooting 72 percent from the field (8-of-11 field goals) and 1-of-2 from the 3-point line. He also converted 5-of-6 free throws. He added a pair of assists and grabbed nine rebounds (4 offensive rebounds). This is Gruhler's first career Erck Hotels / Frontier Conference Player of the Week award.
