Six Bulldog Basketball Players Earn CSC Academic All-District Honors

GREENWOOD, Ind. – The College Sports Communicators (CSC) announced its men's and women's basketball Academic All-District Teams Tuesday. Six Bulldogs received the honor.

The CSC Academic All-America program recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined achievements on the field and in the classroom. Honorees are selected across four divisions: NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and NAIA.

To qualify for nomination, student-athletes must maintain a GPA of 3.5 or higher and be a starter or key reserve on their respective team.

Here are Western's recipients of the award:

Jacob Ankeny – Marsing, Idaho, R-SR
Billy Carlson – Billings, Mont. / R-SO

Ava Bellach – Manhattan, Mont., JR
Keke Davis – Missoula, Mont. / SR
Isabella Lund * – Tumwater, Wash. / SR
Bailee Sayler * – Missoula, Mont. / SO
