Montana Western Rodeo Opens Spring Slate at Montana State

DILLON, Mont. – The Montana Western men's and women's rodeo teams will travel to Bozeman, Mont., this weekend to compete in back-to-back rodeos hosted by Montana State. MSU rodeo #1 is set for April 9-10 and rodeo #2 is April 11-12. All events will take place at the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse.

BULLDOG ROUNDUP
Going into the first competition of the spring, both teams currently sit second in the Big Sky Region overall standings. The men's team has racked up 2,316.50 points and the women's has tallied 1,144.50.

UMW was a strong contender in the fall with the men's team earning two first place and two second place showings and the women posting one first place, two second place, and one third place finish.
