The University of Montana Western Bulldogs fell to the third ranked College of Idaho Yotes 77-62 Saturday night in Caldwell, Idaho. The Bulldogs put up a fight against the Cascade Conference's top team. The Bulldogs were within striking distance the whole game, but were unable to mount a late rally to pull off the upset.Â

Kooper Kidgell scored a game-high 21 points on 7-12 shooting, he also pulled down five rebounds.
Troy Scott scored 14 points and grabbed six rebounds.Â

The only major difference in the box score was that the Yotes connected on five more three-point shots, which resulted in 15 point final margin.Â
The Bulldogs So Far
The Bulldogs fall to 3-2 on the season, while the Yotes improved to 11-1.
