In a blink of an eye, the floodgates were opened and Colorado Mesa's offense caught fire, out scoring the Bulldogs 41-15 over the final 11 minutes of the game. The teams had been trading punches for 29 minutes and the Bulldogs trailed by just five until CMU took over. The Bulldogs connected on just two attempts from beyond the arc and committed nine of their 16 turnovers in the half as CMU used their offensive outburst to blow the game open.Â
