BOZEMAN, Mont.—The Montana Western indoor track team made its season debut at the Bobcat Preview at Montana State University last night. Four Bulldogs competed at the event.

Senior Morgan Baseley finished second overall in the women's 5000-meter run with a time of 20:26.46.

Three Bulldog men competed in the 5000-meter race, and they all finished one after another— Brant Heiner placed sixth overall with a time of 16:27.88, Harrison Silverio came in seventh with a time of 16:51.19, and Will Hyatt came in eighth with a time of 17:28.05. 

The Bulldog Indoor Track team will continue with their season on January 20 where they will compete in the Bobcat Challenge back at Montana State University. 

"We ran pretty aggressively, everyone was pretty fired up after the cross country season. I was excited to see them get after it and set the tone for the season." Head Coach Dylan Zitzer commented after the meet.
