DILLON, Mont. - The 2022 Academic All‐District Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators (formerly known as CoSIDA), recognize the nation's top student‐athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. Luke Lutz has earned Academic All-District honors.

Lutz also earned his way on the All-Conference team this season after he finished the Men's 10,000m race with a time of 32:12.96 after the altitude conversion for a school record (as of 2017). This season, Lutz also competed in the Men's 5000m race, 1500m race, and the 800m race and earned NAIA Daktronics Scholar-Athlete honors.

Academic All-District honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second and third-team Academic All-America honorees will be announced June 28 (women) and June 29 (men).

To be nominated, the student-athlete must have completed at least one full calendar year at the school, must have a 3.5 GPA and higher at the completion of the year, and must be a starter or important reserve player on his/her current team. The athlete must have also played in at least 50 percent of the games/competing in 50 percent of events across the season.
