Story of the Day
The University of Montana Western easily defeated the overmatched King's University Eagles 84-34 to close out the Hampton Inn Green and Gold Classic. The Bulldogs dominated the paint outscoring the Eagles 38-8 in the lane. The Bulldog defense forced 31 turnovers on 13 steals. The offense capitalized on the Eagle miscues as they shot nearly 50 percent from the floor. Every Bulldog filled the score sheet led by Tanner Haverfield and Derrek Durocher's 14 points apiece.

Tanner Haverfield scored 14 points, three assists, and a steal.
Derrek Durocher scored a season-high 14 points, four assists, three rebounds, and a steal. 
Jaycob Payne scored 11 points, four assists, four rebounds, and three steals. 
Kooper Kidgell scored 11 points , six rebounds, and four assists.

The Bulldogs won the turnover margin 31-5, and turned those extra opportunities into 37 points.
