Allen R. Weeks, a native of Hamilton, Mont., is a 1951 graduate of Western Montana College of Education with a Bachelor of Science in Education with a major in social studies and minors in English and physical education.

He came to Dillon and the Montana Normal College in the fall of 1947, just a few months after helping Hamilton to their first and only state basketball championship. You could say Weeks came to the Bulldogs carrying a lot of winning mojo.

Weeks was a four-year basketball letterman for the Bulldogs. He earned second team all-conference honors as a sophomore and senior, and first team honors as a junior. He played on two Bulldog Montana Collegiate Conference (MCC) championship teams.

As with many of the student-athletes at the time, Weeks was also a three-year football letterman and played on the 1947 MCC championship team.

He joined the Air Force following graduation and flying became his career. He relocated to Carmichael, California.
