Montana Western, University of

Bert Deglow, a native of Columbia Falls, Mont., was a 1962 graduate of Western Montana College (WMC) with a Bachelor of Science in secondary education. He later obtained a Masters in Education from Montana State University.

Deglow was a three year football letterman for the Bulldogs and an all-conference selection after the 1961 season. The 1961 team were undefeated Montana Collegiate Conference champions.

After graduation, Deglow began a 35-year career in education as a teacher, a coach and later a principal. Deglow was also a member of the Montana National Guard. 

He passed away May 22, 2012.
