Bulldog Athletic Hall of Fame
Ken Jenkins, a native of Belgrade, Mont., is a 1962 graduate of Western Montana College with a Bachelor of Science in secondary education.
He was a four-year basketball letterman and an all-conference selection in 1962.
Jenkins led the Bulldogs in scoring in 1962, averaging 17 points per game. In the regular season finale, He set a conference and school single game scoring record with 52 points in the Bulldog’s 120-92 rout of Northern Montana College.
Jenkins began his professional career in Baker, Mont. as the boy’s basketball coach and a social studies teacher.
