Bulldog Athletic Hall of Fame
Dennis attended Western Montana College from 1971-75. In his senior year, he received All-Conference First Team honors, All District 12 First Team honors, and led the Frontier Conference in scoring. His most memorable experience of Western athletics include winning the Frontier Conference Championship and having the opportunity to play college basketball—a life-long goal he attained at Western. Dennis is currently principal of Sterling Middle School in Wenatchee, Washington. He has received the Washington Award for Excellence in Education, the Washington State Middle School Principal of the Year award, and the Golden Apple-Administrator of the Year award during his professional education career. He and his wife, Patti (Haynes), have three children—Katy, Nikki, and Josh.
